Winter payment of 6500 UAH: who can receive money through Diia

According to Федоров: The government has launched a new program 'Winter Support', which allows Ukrainians in difficult life situations to receive 6,500 UAH. This money can be used for warm clothes, medicines, and preparation for the winter season.

Parents of children receiving state benefits, people with disabilities of the first group, and single pensioners receiving a care allowance can apply for assistance. The application deadline is until December 17, 2025, and it can be done online through Diia or offline at the Pension Fund office.

To receive assistance through the 'Winter Support' program, you need to update and log into the Diia app, go to the 'Winter Support' section, and confirm the presence of an active Diia Card. The funds must be used within 180 days from the moment of receipt. Additional information can be found on the website zyma.gov.ua.
