Winter aid 6500 UAH: who can receive it and how to apply through Diia

The state is introducing a new cash assistance package for the most vulnerable categories of Ukrainians. Everyone can receive Winter support of 6,500 hryvnias, which can be used to purchase medicines, vitamins, clothing, and footwear.

Among those who can apply for assistance are parents or guardians of children receiving state payments, persons with disabilities of the first group among labor veterans, and lonely pensioners receiving a care allowance.

The project was jointly developed by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Youth of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Diia, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and the State Enterprise 'IOC of the Ministry of Social Policy'.

With the introduction of Winter aid, Ukrainians will receive additional financial support during hot winter days, which will be a significant positive contribution to supporting the social well-being of the population.
