According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian women's basketball team U-20 lost to Bulgaria with a score of 60:66 in the second stage match of the European Championship Division B. The opponents secured their victory in the first quarter, gaining a 10-point lead and winning the first period with a score of 19:9.

During the game, the Ukrainians tried to narrow the gap to 3-5 points, but Bulgaria constantly maintained the advantage.
