The Ukrainian women's basketball team achieves its third victory at the U-18 European Championship
According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian U-18 women's team continues its impressive performance at the European Basketball Championship. Following their third victory against Bosnia and Herzegovina with a score of 81:76, our girls showcased an excellent game, securing a 15-point lead at halftime and maintaining it until the end of the match.
The Ukrainian team demonstrated an impressive three-point shooting percentage, hitting 10 of 17 long-range shots (58%). Moreover, our team was superior in rebounds - 54-40.
The best player of the match was Polina Tupalo, who recorded a double-double with 30 points and 14 rebounds. Our team will play its next match on Tuesday, July 8, against Lithuania.
Other Ukrainian players also shone in the game against Bosnia and Herzegovina: Tupalo (30 points, 14 rebounds), Kutsenko (19 points, 6 assists), Petrishak (8 points, 7 rebounds), Anisimova (12 points, 4 assists), Ishchuk (11 points, 12 rebounds).
The Ukrainian U-18 team continues to impress with its successes at EuroBasket 2025, demonstrating remarkable results and competing for prize positions in the tournament.
