According to Главком: A freight truck collided with the locomotive of train No. 64, traveling from Przemyśl to Kyiv, at a controlled railway crossing in the Lviv region on April 21. Ukrainian Railways reported that there were no injuries and the train carriages were undamaged. The truck driver fled the scene, an action that has raised significant concern among railway officials.
