According to preliminary data, the fire started in the kitchen where the owner was cooking food using a gas cylinder with a burner. After ignition, there was a gas leak that ignited, engulfing household items and threatening to spread the fire to other rooms.

The man tried to carry the cylinder outside, but due to intense burning, it was impossible — he left the apartment through the window.
