The Ministry of Economy allocated UAH 217 million for grants: who will receive the funds
The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine has approved 37 new applications for a total amount of UAH 217.2 million under the program 'Grants for Processing Enterprises.' One of the grants for the restoration of production in the amount of UAH 15.7 million will be received by a poultry complex from Kharkiv that was affected during the Russian shelling. The funds will be used for the purchase and installation of new equipment.
Additionally, 36 more applications for funding the development of existing or creating new productions have been approved. In particular, among the applicants are printing houses, food and beverage producers, UAV manufacturers, building materials, paint, furniture, clothing, plastic products, wood, and metalworking enterprises.
The program 'Grants for Processing Enterprises' provides the opportunity to obtain financing for production equipment, restoration of damaged capacities, and R&D. Additionally, enterprises that grow perennial crops and are registered in the DCR can receive a grant for equipment for post-harvest processing.
The program 'Grants for Enterprises of the Processing Industry' is becoming an important part of the policy for the development of Ukrainian manufacturers under the brand 'Made in Ukraine.'
State support in the form of grants for processing enterprises is manifested in the value of developing domestic production and strengthening the positions of Ukrainian producers in the market. More investments in processing enterprises will contribute to the creation of new jobs, economic growth, and providing quality products of domestic production.
