According to glavcom.ua: Many people gathered at the funeral of ATO veteran Stepan Havia, who fought on the side of Russia. They recalled the story of this man, who betrayed Ukrainians to the occupiers and became the commandant of the village. Havia was buried in his native village in the Kherson region, but his fate remains mysterious.
The disappearance of Havia led to the calming of local residents who felt the positive effects of the departure of this man who collaborated with the occupiers. His biography consists of comical episodes, and neighbors in the village remember him as a person with problems, but they did not suspect him of criminal activities.
