Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a Russian factory producing components for Shaheds for the second time this summer

According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian defense forces struck an important facility of the Russian military-industrial complex - AO 'VNDIR-Progress' in Cheboksary. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the strike was carried out by UAV units of the Armed Forces in cooperation with other defense forces.

The target was the production facilities of adaptive antennas 'Kometa', which are used in various precision weapons directed at Ukraine.

The General Staff confirmed that the facility was hit, but details of the results are still being clarified. This is not the first time that 'VNDIR-Progress' has become a target for Ukrainian troops - the enterprise was also attacked in June.

Other events were observed in Russia and occupied Donetsk

Additionally, the 'Borisoglebsk' airfield in the Voronezh region also came under fire. Explosions were heard near the military airfield in Engels. Reports from Russia indicated the destruction and interception of 94 drones.

In temporarily occupied Donetsk, explosions were also reported. Local residents spoke of ongoing explosions and fires in various parts of the city. There were also drone attacks in Luhansk. Russia is actively expanding the production of combat aviation in various regions.

According to the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service, crisis processes have affected key sectors of the Russian economy, which may impact the revenues of the Russian federal budget.
