Ukrainian Defense Forces Target Russian Military Infrastructure

According to ХВИЛЯ: On February 5-6, Ukrainian forces conducted strikes against Russian military installations in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts. These operations, which are part of Ukraine's ongoing defensive campaign, resulted in the destruction of several high-value targets, including a 'Uragan' multiple launch rocket system, as confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In Donetsk Oblast, a 'Uragan' system was destroyed near the settlement of Novomaiorske. Additionally, Ukrainian forces struck an area of enemy troop concentration near the city of Chasiv Yar. In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, near Huliaipole, a drone command post was hit. Furthermore, in the Kamysh-Zoria area, a production and training complex for FPV drones, including a pilot training base, was eliminated.

Strategic Impact of the Strikes

The strikes also targeted Russian logistics and personnel, hitting supply depots and troop concentrations in the areas of Rivne and Rivnopillia. The General Staff noted that the exact enemy casualties and the full scale of the damage are still being assessed. These precision strikes demonstrate Ukraine's capability to disrupt Russian operations deep behind the front lines.

Successful attacks on such critical military assets can significantly impact the conflict's trajectory by degrading Russian logistics, drone warfare capabilities, and combat readiness in the occupied regions.
