Ukraine asks Spain for air defense systems: what Zelensky agreed on

According to Зеленський: Today, a meeting took place with the heads of the Spanish parliament. I explained to them the situation at the front, Russian aggression and attacks on civilians and infrastructure. I also expressed the need to enhance defense capabilities by obtaining new systems and missiles.

We also discussed potential cooperation with Spanish defense companies, support and assistance programs, as well as support for our path to the European Union along with Moldova.

I am grateful to both chambers of the Cortes Generales for their support of Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty, as well as for all the decisions they have made to support our state.

During the meeting, we discussed a number of issues with our Spanish colleagues and expressed our intention for further cooperation on important matters for both countries.
