According to Главком: The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported a day of intense combat on March 13, with 129 separate engagements recorded across the front. Russian forces launched a massive assault involving a missile strike, 72 airstrikes, and the deployment of 194 guided aerial bombs and 6,756 kamikaze drones. This barrage resulted in 2,757 artillery and mortar attacks on Ukrainian military positions and civilian settlements.

Combat Activity on Other Fronts
Heavy fighting was not confined to a single area. On the South-Slobozhanske front, Ukrainian forces recorded 122 artillery strikes, two airstrikes, and three combat clashes, with one enemy assault near Prylipivka.
In the Kupiansk sector, two attacks occurred near Novoosynove and Novoplatonivka. The Lyman sector saw four assaults in the areas of Drobysheve, Lyman, and Stavky. On the Sloviansk front, Russian troops made 11 attempts to advance toward Zakytne, Platonivka, Yampil, and Riznykivka.
Furthermore, the Kostiantynivka sector experienced 26 assaults near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Mykolaipillia, Novopavlivka, and Sofiiivka. On the Huliaipole axis, 17 attacks were recorded near Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Myrne, Olenokostiantynivka, Varvarivka, and Zelene, while the Orikhiv sector saw one attack near Stepnohirsk. No assault actions were reported on the Prydniprovske front.
As of March 13, the full-scale war in Ukraine has entered its 1,479th day. The frontline situation remains highly volatile, with active combat operations across multiple axes. This sustained high-intensity assault pattern underscores Russia's continued commitment to offensive operations, now in their fifth year. Ukrainian forces are focused on holding defensive lines and repelling attacks, a task demanding constant resource mobilization and sustained support from international partners.
