According to Велика українська енциклопедія: The feast of John Chrysostom is an important event for the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. The saint is honored as an outstanding orator who was able to lead many people to the Lord through his sermons under the influence of the Holy Spirit.
John Chrysostom, being a religious figure and preacher, left a significant mark in the history of Christianity. He became a leading representative of Eastern patristics and an example for many believers through his deeds and actions.
