Ukraine presented a reconstruction plan at the forum in Bucharest: key details

Yesterday, the International Forum on the Reconstruction of Ukraine "Rebuilding Ukraine 2025" took place in Bucharest, attended by Deputy Minister Artem Rybchenko.

Participants discussed the role of Romanian and international companies in the reconstruction of Ukraine, opportunities for joint projects and investments.

The Deputy Minister presented a comprehensive approach to recovery, including a successful example of the restoration of the city of Borodyanka, which suffered from the war.

"Comprehensive recovery is not only about rebuilding what was damaged, but about creating a new quality of life with modern technologies and innovative solutions," emphasized Rybchenko.

A digital reconstruction platform, DREAM, was also presented, which facilitates better investment management in the recovery process. Participants were invited to join the International Conferences on the Reconstruction of Ukraine (URC).

Artem Rybchenko also called for additional support during the winter period for the restoration of life support systems and protection of community infrastructure.
