Military Weather Forecast for Apartments with Power Outages

Military expert Serhiy Beskrestnov, known as 'Flash', warned Kyiv residents about the temperature conditions this winter season. He predicts that the temperature in apartments may range from +5 to +10 degrees, and power will be turned off every few hours.

'All officials say: 'Kyiv residents, prepare, this winter will be the hardest', but no one goes beyond general phrases,' the expert noted.

He also warns of a possible overload of the power grid due to the use of electric heaters. According to 'Flash', the Russians are trying to provoke chaos in the capital, so he urges residents to remain sensible and support the actions of the authorities.

  • there will be no hunger;
  • there will be fuel;
  • there will likely also be water.

Noting that the Kyiv City Council plans to ensure the operation of hospitals, kindergartens, and critical infrastructure, 'Flash' emphasizes that mobile communication and the Internet will be operational.

  • buy generators and extension cords with neighbors or by yourself;
  • ensure a fuel supply;
  • consider the option of purchasing autonomous diesel heaters.

Earlier, the military also urged not to leave the city for the winter and to prepare for difficult conditions. Among the recommendations was to consider backup options in case it becomes necessary to leave the capital.

Kyiv residents received a warning from military expert 'Flash' about the possible harsh winter when it may be cool in the apartments, and power will be turned off periodically. It is worth being prepared for this and following the expert's recommendations to ensure comfort and safety.
