According to НАБУ: A verdict has been announced in the case of fictitious fertilizer purchases: the former acting director of the state enterprise, which is affiliated with the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, has been found guilty of embezzling 16.7 million hryvnias.

On December 22, 2025, the High Anti-Corruption Court issued a guilty verdict stating that she embezzled almost 17 million hryvnias allocated for the supply of organic fertilizers.

'The court's verdict found the individual guilty of committing crimes under Articles 191 and 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and sentenced her to 9 years of imprisonment with a prohibition on holding positions related to the performance of organizational, administrative, or economic functions for a period of three years, with the confiscation of all property owned by her.' - High Anti-Corruption Court

It is important to note that the verdict takes effect in thirty days if it is not appealed in court. Since the whereabouts of the accused have not been established, the court proceedings were conducted 'in absentia.'

Guilty verdicts were also issued against her accomplices, the head of one of the divisions of the state enterprise, and the director of a private enterprise.

A verdict has been announced in the case of fictitious fertilizer purchases against the former director of the state enterprise, who was found guilty of embezzling almost 17 million hryvnias. The verdict takes effect in 30 days unless appealed.
