Air France simplifies travel to Paris Airport with Train + Air service

Air France and SNCF Voyageurs have expanded the Train + Air service to all OUIGO trains connecting to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Passengers can book their train and air travel in one reservation, just like on other connecting flight routes.

Train + Air: What passengers get on OUIGO routes

This service allows you to book both train and air travel in one reservation. If a train or flight is delayed or canceled, the passenger will be offered a seat on the next available flight at no additional charge. Online check-in is also available on the Air France website, usually opening 30 hours before departure.

Earlier, in 2025, the service was extended to OUIGO trains from Aix-en-Provence TGV, Avignon TGV, and Marseille-Saint-Charles. It now covers the entire OUIGO network connected to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The companies explain that this will expand the choice of departure times for passengers heading to the Paris air hub.

A similar principle applies in international rail connections, where a ticket for the entire route can be purchased within a single order.

Demand for train and flight travel has increased by 43%

Air France reported that in the last six months, the number of Train + Air passengers has increased by 43% compared to the same period in 2025. The company associates this growth with travelers' interest in combined journeys.
