According to hvylya.net: The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development has announced plans to create new public spaces in the Kyiv region after military actions. In addition to restoring infrastructure and housing, an important step will be the creation of active parks that will contribute to community development and facilitate the integration of the population.

'Active parks demonstrate that recovery is not just about buildings and roads, but also about creating places for communication, development, and recreation. Such spaces foster community unity, support, and confidence in the future,' emphasized Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for Reconstruction and Community and Territorial Development.

In the city of Boyarka, a project to create an Active Park in the Taras Shevchenko Park has already started. They plan to set up sports facilities, relaxation areas, and cultural events here. The development concept of this project was developed by urbanists together with the Kyiv regional authorities and the local council.

Ukrainian society is actively working on creating modern and functional public spaces that will contribute to integration and development in communities after the war.
