According to hvylya.net: American President Donald Trump, after meeting with dictators in Beijing, decided to respond to the demonstration of unity among authoritarian regimes. He ordered the Pentagon to increase the military power of the country.
'This was a terrible consequence of the absence of American leadership and strength, and you saw it all over the world,' said Defense Secretary Pete Hegset.
The president tasked the military department to be ready to restore the armed forces, establish deterrence, and prevent conflicts.
'Not because we seek conflict. We do not - and we have made that clear to China, Russia, and other countries,' explained Hegset.
Thus, after the meeting of dictators in Beijing, the American administration confirms its readiness for potential confrontations with Russia and China, emphasizing the need for deterrence and restoration of military power.
