У 107-річної американки розкрито секрет, що допоміг їй дожити до такого поважного віку.

Crethora Biggerstaff’s Secrets to a Long Life

Crethora Biggerstaff, a 107-year-old American, has shared what she believes is the main reason for her remarkable longevity. Born in 1919, she credits her faith in God for reaching such an advanced age.

“My faith keeps me going. I owe everything to the Lord. I’m a fighter. I never give up,” Crethora said in an interview with Fox 26.

Her daughter, Sue Tozzi, points to a healthy lifestyle and the absence of bad habits as additional factors.

“I don’t think anyone could have imagined this. But she’s almost never been seriously ill, never smoked, never drank alcohol, and has always stayed very active,” Sue noted.

Another daughter, Carol Owens, highlighted Crethora’s extensive travels:

  • “She’s been all over the world, literally.”
  • “And she’s always busy with something.”

Her grandson, Bob Biggerstaff, expressed admiration for her sharp mind, saying: “She’s my grandmother, just as I’ve known her my whole life. And the most amazing thing is that she still has a clear mind.”

Crethora Biggerstaff stands as a vivid example of longevity, which she herself finds hard to imagine.

“Most people don’t live to 107. I don’t take credit for that. I give all the glory to God,” she added.

In summary, Crethora Biggerstaff continues to inspire others through her life story, encouraging faith, activity, and healthy living. Her experience shows how a combination of personal belief, good habits, and an active lifestyle can positively influence lifespan.
