In early March, the 'Barrier-Free CNAP' project was launched to make administrative service centers accessible to everyone. As part of this project, an audit of 14 CNAPs was conducted, identifying errors and already implementing steps to improve the situation. The goal is to create a service focused on the needs of each person, without restrictions or barriers.
The 'Barrier-Free CNAP' project is being implemented as part of the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine, initiated by the country's First Lady Olena Zelenska. The audit of barrier-free accessibility is conducted with the support of the EGAP Program in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and with the participation of the Eastern Europe Fund, supported by Switzerland.
