Where in Ukraine has there been an increase in job responses in 2026
In construction, the number of responses to vacancies for general laborers increased by 35%, those for assemblers by 31%, and builders by 22%. Median salaries were 30,000 UAH, 47,500 UAH, and 55,000 UAH respectively.
Interest has also grown in other positions: responses to realtor vacancies increased by 65%, loaders by 42%, and retail sales managers by 38%. There has also been an increase in candidates looking for work as tutors, product experts, pharmacists, and dentists.
The increase in responses indicates job seekers' interest in these vacancies but does not necessarily mean that the number of job postings has increased. The labor market continues to face a shortage of workers, and employers are changing the conditions and salary offers. The data on the ratio of responses to company needs also reflects the competition for vacancies.
