Russia launched 1500 drones and 1170 aerial bombs at Ukraine in a week: Zelensky's report

Russia continues to strike Ukraine almost every night, using various types of weapons. Over the past week, more than a thousand kamikaze drones, hundreds of aerial bombs, and dozens of missiles have been aimed at residential buildings and energy infrastructure. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing a statement from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.



The president stated that the shelling has resulted in deaths and injuries to people in various regions. 'Unfortunately, there are casualties and wounded. My condolences to all who have lost loved ones due to these attacks,' he emphasized.



Efforts to defend Ukraine


Over the past week, the Russians used nearly 1500 strike drones, 1170 guided aviation bombs, and over 70 missiles of various types in their attacks on Ukraine. These attacks were aimed at civilian facilities, including residential buildings and the country's energy infrastructure.



In this difficult time, the president expressed gratitude to all who help after the attacks: rescuers, energy workers, medical personnel, and all emergency services. He noted that Moscow is trying to harm the Ukrainian people and emphasized the importance of reliable support for the country's energy system during winter.
