On October 30, the OCKO and WOG networks increased the price of diesel fuel by 1 UAH per liter. This is the first rise in diesel prices in these networks since the end of June 2025, indicating a change in market dynamics after a prolonged period of stability. This is reported by Nafthorynok.
How much does fuel cost on October 30, 2025
According to updated prices, diesel at gas stations costs 59.99 UAH/l, while premium diesel fuel is 62.99 UAH/l. The reason is the increase in fuel prices in the wholesale market, where prices have risen by an average of 2.65 UAH/l, or about 5.6%, since the beginning of October.

Other networks have already adjusted their prices
The rise in diesel prices was not unexpected – in previous days, prices were sporadically adjusted by Marshal, BРSM-Nafta, Chipo, BVS, and several regional operators, including Vt Petroleum, SVR, Slon, Dniproneft, Peron, and Neon. This may signal a broader price review in the market if the wholesale segment continues to rise.
In the context of systematic attacks by the Russian Federation on energy infrastructure, experts also predict increased logistical pressures and possible additional adjustments in the coming weeks.
