Joe Biden's Health Condition

Former First Lady Jill Biden has revealed new details about the health of her husband, former U.S. President Joe Biden, who has been diagnosed with stage four prostate cancer that has metastasized to the bone. The disease has progressed, making recovery more difficult. Joe Biden underwent a five-week course of radiation therapy and has been taking hormonal medications in pill form.

In May 2025, Joe Biden's diagnosis became public after a small nodule was detected on his prostate. This aggressive form of cancer is hormone-dependent. Last year, Joe Biden began treatment for this aggressive cancer.

“He’s holding up okay. I think if he had just been diagnosed with prostate cancer—that’s one thing, because it can be treated. But the fact that the disease has spread to the bones—that’s a completely different situation.”

Ultimately, the former first lady stated that Joe Biden is unlikely to overcome the cancer, expressing concern about his future. She also emphasized, “I think Joe will live with cancer for the rest of his life.” Joe Biden himself commented on the situation, noting:

“Cancer touches every one of us. Like many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest where we are broken. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support.”

The Importance of Support and Awareness

Joe Biden's health condition has raised concern not only within his family but also among the public, as he continues to be a significant figure in American politics. Public statements from Biden and his wife could influence perceptions of prostate cancer and other oncological diseases, highlighting the importance of support and solidarity in fighting this illness.

The focus on his treatment may also serve as a catalyst for raising awareness about cancer and the need for early detection.
