In the village of Kruglyakivka in the Kharkiv region, the Russians attacked civilians using a drone, as reported by the 77th Separate Airmobile Dnipro Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy carried out the attack on November 3, 2025, targeting villagers who were moving with a white flag. As a result, two civilians and a dog were killed, although there were no military objects nearby.
According to military personnel, the occupiers recorded this attack on video for propaganda purposes and to accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine of war crimes. This incident is yet another example of their lack of honor and morality.
Ukrainian military previously presented intercepted radio frequencies where the occupiers discussed plans to kill a civilian resident. The Security Service of Ukraine has also gathered new evidence of war crimes committed by Russian high-ranking officials at the beginning of the conflict.
One of the Russian soldiers, Mykola Kartashev, is accused of murdering a civilian resident at the beginning of the invasion, which served as the basis for his trial in the Irpin City Court.
Recent events make it clear that Russian military forces continue to commit war crimes and violate international standards.
