Charges Filed Against Odesa Airport Director

However, in 2020, the acting general director failed to take the necessary steps to maintain the municipal enterprise's status as the operator. Furthermore, she facilitated a private enterprise in obtaining this status. Consequently, from late 2020 onward, the profits from operating the aerodrome began going to that private company instead of the city-owned entity.
