In the Ternopil region, two men attacked employees of the territorial recruiting center, helping a conscript escape from a service vehicle. The incident occurred near the village of Plebanyvka in the Terebovlya community of the Ternopil district. The attackers cut off the service vehicle of the TCK in a Mercedes-Benz G-Class and helped the man, who was supposed to be delivered to the training center, escape.

The police conducted a special operation and, using surveillance cameras, established the route of the attackers, who moved in two different vehicles. One of the attackers, a 38-year-old resident of Buchach, was detained near the village of Zastinoche. The other person involved, a 48-year-old resident of Buchach, was detained near Chortkiv.
