The Russian Federation is attacking the energy infrastructure of Kharkiv and Sumy regions. Energy workers are working hard to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to the residents of the region. The situation in Chernihiv region is more complicated, with restrictions on electricity consumption in place.

The preparation for the winter period is ongoing, with the energy infrastructure being repaired and restored to ensure the stable operation of the system. We are trying to conserve electricity and heat for the population, so we ask residents to use electricity rationally, especially during peak hours. This helps to reduce the load on the system.

Russia launched an attack on the Ukrainian energy system

On the night of October 10, the Russian Federation again attacked the Ukrainian energy infrastructure. The strikes led to significant destruction, but energy workers are trying to quickly restore electricity supply for the population. Shortly after this, Ukraine was attacked, focusing on energy.

Given the constant shelling from Russia, Ukraine is trying to maintain resilience in the energy system and may even import electricity to ensure stability. Engineers continue to work on restoring the system despite hostile assaults.

The Ukrainian energy system is going through a tough period due to constant attacks from Russia but is trying to provide electricity supply to its citizens under any conditions.
