Centralized Contact Center for Ukraine’s Pension Fund Goes Live
Starting June 1, 2026, the Pension Fund of Ukraine will roll out a single, unified contact center to handle all telephone inquiries. As a result, the previous hotline numbers for the Fund’s Kyiv headquarters will be permanently discontinued.
This change is designed to make it easier for citizens to access information and get advice on pension-related matters.
How to Reach the New Contact Center
The toll-free number for public inquiries is 0 800 503 753. Two local Kyiv numbers are also available:
- (044) 281-08-70
- (044) 281-08-71
The contact center operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
Introducing a single contact center marks a major step in modernizing Ukraine’s pension system. The goal is to streamline communication between citizens and the Pension Fund, which should lead to faster, more efficient service and shorter wait times on hotlines.
In addition to the new contact center initiative, the Pension Fund is also enhancing accessibility at its service locations. Recent improvements include the installation of ramps and Braille signage, ensuring that all citizens can easily access vital pension services.
