Hourly power outages in Ukraine are explained by Russian attacks on the country's energy infrastructure. Deputy Minister of Energy Roman Andrak noted that the outage schedules are established depending on the situation in the energy system, but dispatchers do everything possible to minimize the duration of outages.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure are aimed at overcoming Ukrainian society. These attacks lead to the deaths of innocent citizens and leave people without electricity and water supply.
However, the 'Glaсkom' portal has prepared recommendations for citizens regarding preparations for possible power, heating, and water supply outages, promoting awareness and readiness of the population for such situations.
