Ukrainians working in Poland often prefer temporary stays, despite the possibility of stable employment. Only 13.2% of respondents consider Poland as a long-term home, while 45.3% are still undecided about their future plans due to uncertain conditions.

Integration issues are also becoming an important part of the discussion: only 11% of Ukrainians feel completely accepted in Polish society, while 34% are partially integrated. Negative interactions and the lack of social support could lead to serious consequences for both countries, particularly a labor shortage and deteriorating economic indicators in Poland.

Experts emphasize the importance of social interaction and integration to retain the Ukrainian workforce in Poland, as well as to ensure the stability of the country's economic development. Otherwise, risking the loss of important workers, Poland may witness a labor market crisis.
