On the night of November 10 and throughout the day, Russian troops shelled the territory of the Sumy region. The settlements in the Sumy, Konotop, Okhtyrka, Shostka, and Romny districts were under fire. This information was disseminated by 'Glavkom' with reference to the National Police of Ukraine.
According to the police, as a result of the shelling, two people were injured. Three apartment buildings, seven private houses, four warehouse buildings, power lines, two garages, a farm building, a passenger car, and a truck were also damaged.
The police are actively responding to the situation, working at the shelling sites, documenting the destroyed infrastructure, interviewing witnesses, and collecting material evidence. It is worth reminding that the 1356th day of the war in Ukraine is ongoing.
As a result of the shelling in the Sumy region, the injured have been hospitalized, and significant material damage has been recorded. The police are conducting an investigation and collecting evidence for a further inquiry into the events.
