New Legislation Targets Ukraine's Real Estate Agents
A dedicated parliamentary working group, led by MP Olena Shuliak, has begun drafting a law to regulate Ukraine's real estate services market, which currently operates without clear standards. "Ukraine has no clear standards for realtor work, transparent contract requirements, or a comprehensible service cost structure. Furthermore, there is no precise data on the number of professionals in this field or a systemic understanding of service quality."
Proposals from the Working Group

Relevant provisions were included in the final clauses of draft law No. 12377, which came into force in February 2026.
