More than 100 municipal service specialists are working at the site to clear the aftermath. As reported by the Odesa City Military Administration:

According to the information, two of the injured are hospitalized, while one will receive outpatient treatment. Work is also ongoing to board up the damaged windows. Serhii Lysak noted:
“A mobile resilience point has been deployed, and representatives of the district administration are accepting applications from residents for compensation from the city budget and under the eRecovery program.”
Additional Strikes
Separately, a late-evening strike on April 4 targeted Kharkiv, specifically the Shevchenkivskyi district. Information on the consequences of that attack is currently being clarified.
This assault on Odesa is part of the wider, ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The damage to civilian housing and the resulting casualties underscore the severe impact on the civilian population. Local authorities are actively responding, organizing aid for the victims and ensuring their needs are met under emergency conditions. These events highlight the critical need for supporting affected communities and restoring infrastructure in regions under attack. Russian forces have increasingly used drone and missile strikes to target Ukrainian cities far from the front lines.
