Russia in a Day: Over 26 Attacks on Ukraine's Energy Facilities

Russian troops continue to shell energy facilities in various regions of Ukraine. Minister of Energy Svitlana Hrynchuk reported that in just the last day, over 26 attacks have been recorded. Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odesa, and Poltava regions are under constant enemy fire.



«Only today, over 26 attacks on energy infrastructure have been recorded. Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odesa, and Poltava regions are effectively under constant enemy fire,» emphasized the minister.


Hrynchuk also stressed the need for additional security measures to protect energy facilities. Ukraine needs air defense systems, electronic warfare means, and strengthened passive physical protection of infrastructure. The minister also called on international partners to provide assistance in supplying the necessary equipment for energy security.



Shelled Energy Facilities Continue in Donetsk Region


The terrorist army of Russia continues to shell energy facilities in the Donetsk region. Despite the efforts of specialists to restore electricity supply, taking into account the safety of local residents, the enemy does not cease its attacks, trying to complicate life for the population of the region.



The situation in Ukraine is tense due to constant shelling of energy facilities by Russian troops. The Minister of Energy calls for intensified security measures and assistance from international partners to protect critical infrastructure.
