The Southern Defense Forces reported that in the Orikhiv direction, Russian troops are reinforcing assault companies by attracting soldiers who refused to sign a contract.
According to our intelligence, right now in the Orikhiv direction, enemy units preparing for assaults are being supplemented with assault companies. For this purpose, the enemy is using mobilized Russian servicemen who refused to sign a contract for service in the Russian army.
According to spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces Vladyslav Voloshyn, the enemy plans an attack on Stepove, to push out Ukrainian forces and hold positions.
The enemy has already deployed personnel of assault groups to the front positions and is bringing weapons to them. Groups of five to seven people will be involved in assault actions near the settlement of Stepove.
