Russian terrorists attacked an energy workers' vehicle in Bilopillia

On Wednesday, October 8, Russian terrorists struck a car of energy workers in the city of Bilopillia in the Sumy region. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing 'Sumyoblenergo'.

It is noted that there were no energy workers in the car - no one was injured. The crew was just about to head out for network repairs.

Our people go to dangerous places every day to restore electricity for Ukrainians. But the war affects not only the networks but also those who restore them. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 31 company vehicles of 'Sumyoblenergo' have been damaged by shelling. Nine of them are beyond repair.

By the way, the Ministry of Energy does not rule out the possibility of prolonged power outages in Ukraine in the event of continued Russian strikes on energy infrastructure, although it currently considers it premature to make such predictions.

During the attack, Russian terrorists struck an energy workers' vehicle in the city of Bilopillia, but fortunately, no one was injured. Ukrainian energy workers risk their lives every day to provide electricity to the residents of the country, who may experience power outages due to Russian attacks on energy infrastructure.
