The building of the 'Nemo' complex in Odesa has been arrested due to debts to the city budget. The court ruled to arrest the main building, which houses an aquarium, a dolphin therapy center, and other entertainment areas. The debt amounts to almost 12 million hryvnias, owed by the companies 'Nerum' and 'Neptune White Sphere.'

However, the dolphinarium 'Nemo' continues to operate despite the arrest of the main building. The court also seized more than 21 thousand square meters where the aquarium and other entertainment areas are located, but the blocking of the companies' financial assets was rejected.

Moreover, another news from Odesa is related to a scandal in the Palladium nightclub, where Russian music was played, violating the local ban on its reproduction. This incident caused outrage in the city, especially against the backdrop of the current situation with Russia.
