Starting in November, new rules for оформлення and prolongation of deferments from mobilization will come into effect in Ukraine. Now this can be done online through the 'Reserve+' app or offline at the CSC. In addition, the Federation of Employers of Ukraine calls on the government to review quotas for reservations, and the State Labor Service joins the inspections of military registrations at enterprises.
From November 1, new rules will be introduced that will allow for automatic prolongation of deferments for certain categories of citizens. This will apply to persons with disabilities, temporarily unfit for military service, and other groups. For those who do not use smartphones, from November 5 there will be an option to оформити or extend a deferment through the CSC.
The Federation of Employers of Ukraine demands to change the order of reservations, including in the quota of mobilized employees, to whom the enterprise pays wages. It is also proposed to shorten the timeframe for considering applications for critically important enterprises.
As a result of the introduction of new rules, citizens will be able to more easily obtain deferments from mobilization when necessary. Employers now have the opportunity to address the government with proposals regarding quotas for reservations and other aspects related to the mobilization of employees.
