Equipment Transferred to Aid the Armed Forces

A Kyiv district prosecutor’s office has handed over hardware seized from fraudulent call centers to Ukraine’s military. The Holosiiv District Prosecutor’s Office in Kyiv obtained a court order to redirect the confiscated equipment for use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (ZSU). This action stems from an ongoing pre-trial investigation into fraud-related criminal proceedings.

Scale of the Equipment Transfer

The transfer included more than 130 monitors, roughly 100 system units, and various other peripheral devices. The hardware—comprising all-in-one computers, desktop towers, and screens—was sent to the 1st Corps Administration of the National Guard of Ukraine’s Azov unit. This move highlights how seized assets can be repurposed to strengthen the country’s defense capabilities.

Beyond its practical value, the donation carries symbolic weight, showcasing the state’s dual commitment to fighting crime and supporting national defense. By channeling illegally obtained resources into bolstering military readiness, the initiative aims to improve logistical and material support for Ukraine’s forces amid the ongoing conflict. Such measures demonstrate a creative approach to enhancing the ZSU’s equipment inventory while holding criminals accountable.
