The top five leaders were 'Knyharnya “E”', Yakaboo, Knygolend, Bukva, and Readeat. The stores in the rating differ in the scale of catalogs, the number of physical locations, and customer experience ratings.
1. Knyharnya “E”
The store took first place with a score of 33.33 points. Its advantages include a combination of an online catalog with a network of 88 physical bookstores, selection in 22 genres, and 15 promotional offers. According to the rating, 'Knyharnya “E”' also has the highest number of branded search queries and the highest reputation score among the participants.
2. Yakaboo
Yakaboo scored 19.62 points and took second place. Its catalog contains over 2.4 million book titles and 25 genre directions, the most among the rated stores. The site has approximately 1.87 million visits per month, indicating significant interest from buyers in the platform with a wide selection of publications.
3. Knygolend
Knygolend took third place with 10.81 points. The store features around 31 thousand book titles, while the network has 53 physical bookstores. This format allows customers to search for and order books online or visit the bookstore. The store's results are set against the backdrop of changes occurring in the Ukrainian book market.
4. Bukva
Bukva received 8 points and became fourth. Its assortment includes over 12 thousand titles across seven genre categories, and the network covers 24 bookstores. Among the metrics highlighted in the rating is the high reputation score of the brand.
5. Readeat
Readeat took fifth place with a score of 5.97 points. The catalog has over 31 thousand books in 23 genres, and the customer experience received the highest rating among the participants in the rating. The store has four physical locations. Access to books is expanded through new sales formats, including book orders on trains.
