More than fifty residents of Vinnytsia region participated in a webinar discussing the issues of digitizing work books. According to Alla Konyunyuk, a significant number of people are rejected due to technical errors and violations of requirements.
The most common reason for rejection is poor quality scanning of documents. Employees of the Pension Fund cannot process applications if the copies have cropped dates or entries, the title page is missing, or the chronology is disrupted. Problems also arise with black-and-white copies and scans made not from the original.
Another frequent factor for rejection is deficiencies in the formatting of work books themselves. Documents without the owner's signature, stamp, or records of a surname change are immediately rejected. People are advised to check the status of their applications through their personal account on the PFU portal, and employers can monitor their employees' inquiries through the insurer's cabinet.
The importance of digitizing work books
If you received a rejection, do not waste time – submit a new application with corrected documents. You can additionally include certificates, extracts from orders, salary information, and other documents. According to the expert, less than a year remains until the completion of the digitization program, so it is important to act quickly and effectively. You can digitize your documents through the Pension Fund's web portal at portal.pfu.gov.ua.
Participation in the webinar confirmed that problems with digitizing work books arise due to technical deficiencies and violations of requirements. To avoid rejections, it is important to scan documents correctly and adhere to the formatting requirements. It is reminded that there is not much time left until the completion of the program, so it is better not to postpone this procedure for later.
