The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has decided to simplify the process of obtaining deferrals from mobilization, allowing parents to submit requests online through the 'Reserv+' application. Now this opportunity is available to those who independently raise a child under 18 years old, if the other parent has died or has been deprived of parental rights.
The process of obtaining a deferral has become significantly easier: you submit a request in the application, the system checks the data in the registers, and if confirmed, the deferral is automatically granted. The Ministry of Defense considers this step transparent and inaccessible to manipulation. The categories of individuals who can receive a deferral have also expanded, including those temporarily unfit for service, parents of children with disabilities, and others. Remember that the first summonses will be sent out on November 1.
