The Ukrainian military has successfully tested a new terminal guidance system for FPV drones. This innovative technology allows drones to autonomously target objectives at the end of their flight, even in challenging conditions where communication with the operator is lost.
The TFL-1 system, developed by The Fourth Law, has gained recognition among Ukrainian military forces and is already employed in over 20 military brigades. It is characterized as effective and efficient, costing less than 10% of the average price of a strike FPV drone.
“Almost every night our defenders of the sky work to repel Russian attacks. And together with electronic warfare units, army aviation, and mobile fire groups, the results from interceptor drones are significantly increasing: since the beginning of the month, there have already been over 150, including downed drones last night. And there will be more.”
Ukraine is actively advancing in the field of drones and continues to produce millions of drones for use in strikes against Russian targets. It is estimated that Ukraine holds leading positions in this sector, even surpassing the United States.
