Many people participating in the National Cashback program are disappointed by the absence of payments for August and September. On the 'Diia' Facebook page, users are sharing their negative experiences. One of them, Iryna Vovk, pointed out that the funds for August have not yet arrived, although they should already have been paid for September.
'Diia' explained that they are only the technical administrator of the service, which displays information but does not make payments. Data about the cashback is obtained from the 'Made in Ukraine' system - the Ministry of Economy.
Representatives of the Ministry of Economy explained that the delay in payments is due to the record volume of transactions, which complicates the processing. However, they promise that all participants in the program will definitely receive their funds.
