Rescue workers and psychologists from the State Emergency Service met the train transporting people from Dnipropetrovsk region who were fleeing the war at the station in Mukachevo. There were 7 people in the group, including 5 children. They also had two cats - Marfa and Lyova. All of them were accommodated in temporary housing where they could rest and regain strength in a safe environment.
On the platform, specialists from the State Emergency Service, representatives of public organizations, the Ukrainian Red Cross, and medics helped the people with their belongings, accompanying them to the shelter. The efforts of Ukrzaliznytsia were also not in vain.
All evacuated people were warmly welcomed and provided with the necessary assistance. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service will work with them to help overcome stress and adapt to new conditions.
