The study showed that Ukrainians have specific expectations from their work. In particular, they want more flexibility in labor relations and highly value the financial aspect. More than half of the respondents are dissatisfied with their current jobs and are considering the possibility of changing them.

The research revealed that most Ukrainians are seeking new development opportunities, even if they already have stable employment. Among them, workers in trade, industry, construction, and transport and logistics companies predominate, with most aged between 31 and 50.

In particular, the overwhelming majority are considering a change in profession or field of activity:

  • actively engaged in this - 18.6%

  • preparing but undecided about their future activity - 59.4%

  • satisfied with their current job only 21.9% of respondents.

The main factors influencing job choice for Ukrainians are salary, flexible schedule, company stability, and other parameters. Most respondents expect to earn between 20,000 and 50,000 UAH per month; however, financial ambitions vary for each.

The conducted research indicates that Ukrainians are actively moving towards greater self-realization and ensuring material comfort through their professional activities. Financial aspects and development opportunities are considered key factors in choosing an interesting and well-paid job.
