According to САП: On December 12, 2025, the Appeals Chamber of VAKS again overturned the acquittal of the former director of LLC 'ZTMK'. The court made a new decision, sentencing the ex-director for committing a criminal offense and imposed a prison term of three years and six months.
It is noteworthy that the appellate court annulled the previous verdict in December 2022, but after a cassation review of the defense's appeal, the case was sent for a new appellate review. The new decision comes into legal force from the moment of its announcement but can be appealed in cassation within three months.
