Компанія ARMA проводить підбір керівника для заводу «Дніпроважмаш»: активи заблоковані через зв'язки з Росією.

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is looking for a manager for 87.1017% of the shares of the company 'Dniprovažmaš', one of the leading machinery manufacturers in Ukraine with headquarters in Dnipro, reports Glavkom.

This plant produces equipment for metallurgy plants, pipelines, subways, and the mining industry. After the assets, including shares, industrial equipment, and real estate, were frozen, ARMA discovered the illegal use of assets, which led to the opening of a separate criminal case.

The seizure occurred due to the illegal transfer of equipment to Russia for the military-industrial complex, the material states.

Also, the Office of the Prosecutor General transferred 39 real estate objects of the bank to ARMA for investigation regarding the illegal alienation of property. This case is also subject to a pre-trial investigation, during which it became known about the involvement of several bank officials in the misappropriation of property.

ARMA did not comment on the ownership issue of Viktor Medvedchuk and stated that the yacht in Croatia is not on their balance sheet but is a frozen asset.

In the investigation of the 'Dniprovažmaš' case and the alienation of property from the bank, developments continue to unfold, new circumstances are revealed, but ARMA has already taken several important steps towards identifying illegal actions and restoring legality in the use of assets.
